This document summarizes the experiences and opinions of members of the Applied Geospatial Research Group in the Department of Geography, University of Calgary, as well as published, peer-reviewed papers. The majority of point cloud work in the AGRG lab employs imagery captured by drone (i.e., Unmanned Aerial Vehicle/UAV), which was often planned and executed by the lab members themselves.
